At SUNRISES Tailors & Garments, we hold the trust of our patrons in the highest regard. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, safeguard, and use information in our bespoke digital storefront and flagging boutique operations.
1. Sizing and Measurement Confidentiality
Your bespoke body measurements, height details, fitting coordinates, and custom tailoring notes are strictly processed to deliver perfect attire. This information is shared only with our master weavers, designers, and atelier tailors. We do not sell or lease your sizing metrics to third-party outfitters.
2. Photography & Fabric Reference Snaps
Fabric snapshots, reference design pictures, and attire mockups captured during store consultations are exclusively linked to your specific order record to guide hand-embroidery (zardozi, aari) and structural assembly. Photos are stored securely in our cloud repository and automatically archived post-delivery.
3. Secure Payments & Checkout Security
All online digital transactions are processed through highly secure, fully encrypted industry-standard payment gateways (e.g. Razorpay). We do not record or archive credit card credentials or banking access pins on our internal web servers.
4. Patron Choices and Rights
You maintain the absolute right to inspect, edit, or purge your customer profile details, measurement logs, and contact history. For assistance with profile adjustments or complete data deletion requests, contact our styling desk at care@sunrises.com.
